Hi. I’m Stephanie Blake and I’m proud to be a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker.

I’m a realtor today because, years ago, my realtor looked me square in the face and told me that I belonged in this business. Maybe it was the way I read through every detail of the documents and asked questions, often fleshing out mistakes in the paperwork. Or maybe it was the easy professional friendship we built over my home sale, or just my interest in understanding the whole process. Whatever the reason- years later I am thrilled to be shepherding others like me through the home buying or selling process. It’s important to have the right people advocating for you as you make a big move in life. We all want someone who is sharp, kind, genuinely motivated to help you, and attentive to the many details involved. Being that person for you is my passion.

I’m an Idaho native who has settled in the Black Hills and is proud to call it home. My husband, two kids, and I have trekked these hills and fallen in love with the prairie-meets-pine beauty that our area affords.
